We are seeking a dynamic and driven Ubiquiti Sales Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving Ubiquiti UniFi sales, expanding the channel, acquiring net-new partners, and increasing the adoption of the enterprise product stack. This role requires a focus on increasing partner enablement, engagement, and product sales breadth by delivering exceptional service, value, and support. The Ubiquiti Sales Specialist will grow a channel of partners and become the subject matter expert on Ubiquiti products.

Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Growth: Drive Ubiquiti UniFi sales through effective engagement and relationship building with partners.
- Channel Expansion: Identify and recruit new partners, while nurturing and growing existing partnerships.
- Enterprise Product Stack Adoption: Promote and increase adoption of Ubiquiti’s enterprise product stack among partners.
- Partner Training: Increase partner training attendance and engagement by organizing and promoting webinars, workshops, and training sessions.
- Service Value & Support: Deliver exceptional service and support to partners, ensuring they understand the value proposition and benefits of Ubiquiti products.
- Subject Matter Expertise: Become the go-to expert on Ubiquiti products, providing insights, training, and support to partners and internal teams.
- Work closely with internal BDM sales team. Monitor existing quotes and assist with new project quotations.
Performance Metrics:
- High-touch point sales role, 60+ quality calls per day.
- Achieve or exceed monthly sales targets.
- Increase the number of net-new transacting accounts.
- Maintain high levels of partner engagement and training attendance.
- Ensure year-over-year growth in sales and product adoption.
- Provide regular reports on sales performance, growth opportunities, and partner feedback.
Qualifications:
- Experience with networking vendors such as Cisco, Aruba, Netgear or other SMB/Enterprise solutions.
- Proven sales experience, preferably in technology or related fields.
- Strong knowledge of Ubiquiti products and solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and sales tools.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Must be able to effectively communicate complex networking ideas into simple and easy to understand concepts.
